I’m thrilled to be able to give you nearly 100 of my favourite recipes which we use in Gut School. I wanted to make this available to you separately from Gut School, so that you can get cooking for your gut health as soon as possible!
Here, I show you some delicious recipes which you can easily cook at home to help nourish and heal your gut. You'll notice that some recipes are 'loose' with ingredient amounts, so whether you're cooking for two, or a family of 5, adjust amounts as needed.
We need this type of food because we know now that our gut is the 'control tower' for the rest of our physical and mental health. If our gut becomes out of whack by any number of our food and lifestyle habits, this can greatly affect how we feel and behave in our everyday lives.
So let's get cooking at home together! Ditch processed food once and for all, as it's only when we cook our own food, do we know what's actually in it!
